Data Privacy and Security

While using GametimeAI, your playbook, game, and personal data remain exclusively under your control. GametimeAI collects only the essentials to run your account (coach name and e-mail) and leaves all payment details to Stripe’s PCI-DSS–certified vault. Every other data stream—plays, formations, tags, and game results—is stored in our encrypted cloud, protected both in transit and at rest. Access follows the principle of least privilege: only the coaches you authorize can view or edit your team’s information, and our staff sees anonymized metrics for system health.

We never sell or share team-level data. When the GametimeAI Engine learns from your plays, it uses aggregate, identifier-stripped fields (e.g., personnel groupings, concept tags) blended with thousands of similar entries, so no rival can reverse-engineer your tendencies.
