Linking your plays to your outcomes is what enables GametimeAI’s live analytics. Our ingestion process is des igned to minimize configuration time, enabling upload of your plays in mere minutes.

Our Play Ingestion Wizard and Play Manager tools to enable coaches to upload their playbooks into our system. This will allow coaches to test the system using their own plays and test the functionality on the field.

Play Ingestion Wizard (5 minutes)

You will be able to upload plays, formations, and associated tags quickly using our ingestion wizard. Our system will then match these, creating the database that will be your playbook. This process can take as little as 5 minutes and will ingest your full playbook into our database, allowing you to use all functionality.

Play Manager (1 hour)

Next, you’ll be able to edit plays and add additional details to your plays using our Play Manager. This will allow you to add additional attributes and concepts to plays, helping you break down plays and provide the GametimeAI Engine more features to link to. Complete setup can take as little as one hour.
