Contact SupportWe designed our platform to work for teams of all sizes and resource restrictions. We can support College, High School, Youth. If you have any questions on whether this would work for you, please contact us here.
Our system is setup to work around your naming system, including plays, formations, and custom tags. We set the system up so that it works with your conventions. We then use universal fields like personnel, concept and attributes to map your plays and formations to similar plays and formations, This key feature enables the GametimeAI engine to generate deeper insights.
We'll release both the Play Ingestion Wizard and Play Manager in the next few weeks.
On the play side, our system records formation, play, strength, direction by default. Additionally, coaches can group play by concept and add play-specific attributes. These are compared against the situation (down, distance, yard line) and associated with play outcomes.
The GametimeAI Engine is an evolving set of models we use to associate your plays characteristics with success in specific situations. It uses machine learning to identify patterns otherwise impossible to identify, feeding you back those patterns via our Insights and Playcall tool. The models are continuously improving, especially as we collect more data (your team and universally).
You can run all services on any full sized tablet or PC. You must have 2 of such devices active to run our product (one for data entry, one for the play caller and/or playcall assistant coach). They must be able to connect to the internet (hotspot works just fine).
We designed Playsync to work in either setting, and have tested it extensively in both. However, we'd recommend the press box (tablet or laptop), as we've found the vantage point makes it easier to view yardlines and there are fewer distractions.
No, we do not supply devices at this time. However, we designed GametimeAI to run on any full sized tablet or PC, independent of operating system, and on any browser (no app required).
Likely yes, we designed GametimeAI to not require minimal bandwidth or memory to function properly, and it is all web based (no need to download any software to the device). However, we strongly recommend testing all equipment in advance, we cannot promise it will run well on Windows Vista (2007).
No, wifi is not required for use, however internet connection is required. In our testing, we’ve primarily used hotspot via our mobile phones to stay connected. The product was designed to require little bandwidth, and we haven’t had issues even in relatively low service areas.
Given a steady connection, the system typically updates between devices in under 3 seconds.
All data is stored online in our cloud infrastructure. As the game progresses, all data is saved in real-time.
Our team will offer real-time support during Fridays and other days as demand allows, but we advise that you pre-test the system in practice and ensure all systems are functioning properly in advance of the game.
We minimize the amount of PII required to operate our system, and take security of the limited PII we do collect seriously. At this time, we collect name and email upon account registration. Additionally, our payment provider (Stripe) may store information necessary to process payment outside our system.
Yes, we will delete data upon request.
GametimeAI does not share or sell any collected data to any third parties. Data shared via payment processing via Stripe is subject to their terms and conditions.
No, your playbook and team-specific information is visible only to you and authorized users in your organization. We never show your formations, play names, or tendencies to another program. GametimeAI aggregates the fields associated with your plays (general concepts, attributes, personnel, etc) and their associated outcomes. This aggregated data is stripped of team identifiers and blended with thousands of similar data points.
One user is required to data input live via Playsync. From there, any number of users can access the outputs (i.e. Gamecast, Insights) on other devices.
o Any number of users can use separate devices to view Gamecast at one time (please try to keep it under 10)
We have designed Playsync to be user-friendly and optimally designed to ensure easy in-game data capture. We automated as many inputs as possible (i.e. calculating down/distance/yard position based on previous gain) and minimized the number of clicks to enter a play. We highly recommend using it in practice to familiarize oneself with the interface, we proved last season that inexperienced operators can easily keep pace with hurry-up offenses.
You’ll need to:
1. ensure all users have accounts and proper permissions;
2. upload your plays within the system (5 minutes) and optionally fully configure your playbook using the Play Manager (1 hour);
3. practice using the system in practice to ensure familiarity with the interface and to verify proper play configuration.
We've designed the play ingestion process to enable near-instant usage of our product while enabling deep playbook customization to ensure you get the most out of it. Getting your playbook game-ready is split into two steps:
1. Upload lists of plays, formations, and tags into our ingestion wizard (5 minutes) - this will automatically map plays and formations together to create your complete playbook;
2. Use the Play Manager to fully configure your playbook (1 hour) - this process consists of further consolidating your playbook and adding some additional features to your plays so that our system can generate better analytics.
Yes, the play manager is designed to enable easy edits to existing plays/formations/tags, as well as easy additions as the season progresses. Installing new plays into the system takes mere minutes.
We operate on an annual-subscription basis. You can choose a single-season plan or lock in multi-year terms at a discounted rate.
The subscription will be active from the start of this season until the start of next season (August 2025 through August 2026). You will have access to the product and services remaining through the off-season.
Yes, we designed the system so that it can be used by distinct teams within the organization (i.e. varsity, junior varsity, C teams). You can have up to 3 distinct teams under the organization at no increased cost. Contact us at link if you have a use case which may necessitate more than 3 teams under an organization.
Yes, any 2025 subscriptions will remain active until the start of the 2026 season.
